How much space do you need to set up?

We offer two enclosure options depending on your event space. Our inflatable enclosure — ideal for outdoor events and larger indoor venues — requires approximately 20×20 feet of space with at least 11 feet of ceiling height. Our compact indoor enclosure is perfect for tighter spaces and requires just 15×10 feet with at least 9 feet of ceiling height. Both setups deliver the exact same simulator experience — same software, same courses, same gameplay. Just let us know your venue details when you book and we'll bring the right setup for your space.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking three to four weeks out to ensure your date is available. Ideally, eight to twelve weeks in advance is best — it's first come, first served for date and time.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes and breakdown is about 30 minutes. We always arrive early so your event starts on time.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes! We can set up in backyards, patios, and outdoor event spaces as long as there's a flat surface and reasonable protection from wind. We'll confirm the setup details with you when you book.

Do you travel outside Chicago for events?

Yes — we serve 100+ suburbs across Chicagoland including the North Shore, Western Suburbs, Southwest Suburbs, and beyond. If you're in the greater Chicago area, we can almost certainly come to you.

What's included in the rental?

Everything. We bring the full simulator setup including the screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, clubs, balls, and a trained attendant to run the experience for your guests from start to finish.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Orland Park, IL and serve the entire Chicagoland area and south suburbs. A travel fee of $50 applies to events more than 25 miles from Orland Park.

What is your deposit policy?

We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due the day of the event. We accept Zelle, check, and card payments.

Do you need power on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we need access to a standard power outlet. We handle all setup and breakdown so you don't have to worry about a thing.
